“Finding solace means to seek out comfort. It is my mission to support individuals in reaching their version of comfort and peace through discovering and growing their strengths within tailored music experiences. I believe every person has the ability to thrive and reach their potential when provided with a supportive environment and tangible tools. It is also my responsibility as a mental health advocate to take action against the negative stigmas that impact the individuals I serve by empowering them to advocate for themselves using their own growth story and making music and therapy more accessible to my community.”
