Justin Harbaugh is a professional musician and instructor of clarinet in Lawrence, Kansas. He has taught on faculty at Emporia State University. He earned his Doctor of Musical Arts in Clarinet Performance from the University of Kansas in 2019. Justin holds a Master of Music in Clarinet Performance from Kansas State University, and Bachelor of Arts in Music from Emporia State University. His teachers include Stephanie Zelnick, Tod Kerstetter, Dawn McConkie, and Fred Ormand. Currently he is the Dance and Adult Education Coordinator at the Lawrence Arts Center, a teaching artist, choreographer, and a proud cat-dad of two fur-babies, Mozart and Poppy.
