Natalee Thomas started playing piano at age five and violin at age nine. She earned her degree in Violin Performance at Fort Hays State University. She currently plays with the Lawrence Community Orchestra. Her previous ensembles include the Hays Symphony Orchestra, Fort Hays Sinfonietta, Salina Symphony Orchestra, Beloit Community Orchestra, and the Compita String Quartet.
In the summer she attended music festivals such as the Eastern Music Festival, Rocky Ridge Young Artist Seminar, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, and traveled to Germany with the Blue Lake International Youth Symphony. She also interned at the High Plains Music Camp and Western Kentucky String Institute. She was the co-manager and librarian for the Hays Symphony Orchestra.
Natalee has been teaching lessons for over a decade, and enjoys working with students of all ages. Her passion is helping to spread the joy of playing music.
